Washer Runs At All Times With Ignition On

Turn ignition off. Disconnect wiper washer switch at multifunction switch harness connector. Turn ignition on. If washer runs, repair short to voltage in Brown wire between wiper/washer switch, BCM and washer pump. If washer does not run, replace wiper/washer switch.
