Removal & Installation: Engine: Installation

  1. To install, reverse removal procedure. Install NEW exhaust manifold "V" band clamps.
  2. DO NOT tighten engine mount bolts until all engine block-to-transaxle housing bolts have installed. Tighten all fasteners to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS . Add 8.0 qts. (7.8L) of 50/50 mix of MOPAR® Extended Life Coolant (or equivalent) and distilled water. Bleed cooling system. See COOLING SYSTEM BLEEDING .
