Courtesy Lights Inoperative From Dome Light Switch Only

NOTE:
After making any repairs, perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST
under VERIFICATION TESTS.
Possible Causes:
- Headlight Switch Dimmer
- Body Control Module
Testing
- Ensure all doors are closed. Ensure courtesy light switch is off. Turn ignition off. Connect scan tool to Data Link Connector (DLC). Using scan tool, read COURTESY LIGHT status. Rotate courtesy light switch to ON position. If scan tool displays ON, replace headlight switch. If scan tool does not display ON, replace BCM. See BODY CONTROL MODULE under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION.
