Installation (2.7L)

- Slide cable into throttle cable bracket and engage retaining tabs.
- Rotate the throttle cam forward to the wide open position and install speed control cable clasp. See Fig 1.
- Rotate the throttle cam forward to the wide open position and install throttle cable clasp.
- Install retaining clip to cable at servo.
- Insert servo studs through holes in the mounting bracket and speed control cable.
- Install nuts and tighten. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
- Connect vacuum hose to servo.
- Connect electrical connector.
- Install servo and bracket and tighten nuts and bolt.
- Connect negative battery cable.
