Programming Horn Enable/Disable

Turn ignition on. Continually press the lock button for a minimum of 4-10 seconds. Within the 4-10 second range, press the unlock button while continuing to press the lock button. Release both buttons. BCM will toggle on/off state of horn chirp feature
