Powertrain Control Module: Notes

NOTE: For circuit identification and wiring diagram, see WIRING DIAGRAMS . After each repair procedure has been completed, reconnect all components. Perform POWERTRAIN VERIFICATION TEST VER-1 under VERIFICATION TESTS in SELF-DIAGNOSTICS - CONCORDE, INTREPID & 300M article to ensure system is functioning properly.

NOTE: The Powertrain Control Module (PCM) and the Transmission Control Module (TCM) are incorporated into one control module. The new module is the Next Generation Controller (NGC) and will be referred to throughout this article as the PCM.
