Driver Mirror Horizontal Sensor Out Of Range Low

  1. Turn ignition off. Disconnect Memory Heated Seat/Mirror Module (MHSMM) harness connector C1. Measure resistance between ground and terminal No. 20 (Dark Blue/Yellow wire) at MHSMM harness connector C1. See Figure . If resistance is .7 ohm or less, go to next step. If resistance is greater than .7 ohm, replace MHSMM.
  2. Disconnect driver's mirror harness connector. Measure resistance between ground and terminal No. 9 (Dark Blue/Yellow wire) at driver's mirror harness connector. See Figure . If resistance is greater than 1000 ohms, replace driver's mirror. If resistance is 1000 ohms or less, repair short to ground in Dark Blue/Yellow wire between MHSMM and driver's mirror.
