Driver Mirror Inoperative From Memory

NOTE: Ensure seat frame is connected to ground if seat is unbolted from vehicle.
  1. Turn ignition off. Disconnect Memory Heated Seat/Mirror Module (MHSMM) harness connector C2. Measure voltage at terminal No. 4 (Black/White wire) at MHSMM harness connector C2 while operating power mirror switch to driver's mirror left position. See Figure . If battery voltage exists when switch is pressed, go to next step. If battery voltage does not exist when switch is pressed, repair open in Black/White wire between power mirror switch and MHSMM.
  2. Measure voltage at terminal No. 3 (Yellow/Pink wire) at MHSMM harness connector C2 while operating power mirror switch to driver's mirror down position. If battery voltage exists when switch is pressed, go to next step. If battery voltage does not exist when switch is pressed, repair open in Yellow/Pink wire between power mirror switch and MHSMM.
  3. Measure voltage at terminal No. 5 (Yellow wire) at MHSMM harness connector C2 while operating power mirror switch to driver's mirror up position. If battery voltage exists when switch is pressed, replace MHSMM. If battery voltage does not exist when switch is pressed, repair open in Yellow wire between power mirror switch and MHSMM.
