Passenger Mirror Horizontal Sensor Out Of Range High

NOTE: After making any repairs, perform MEMORY SYSTEMS VERIFICATION TEST  under VERIFICATION TESTS.
  1. Turn ignition off. Disconnect Memory Heated Seat/Mirror Module (MHSMM) connector C1. Turn ignition on. Measure voltage on MHSMM connector C1 terminal No. 19, passenger mirror horizontal position signal circuit (Dark Green/Red wire). See Figure . If voltage is more than 4.5 volts, leave MHSMM connector C1 disconnected, and go to next step. If voltage is 4.5 volts or less, replace MHSMM.
  2. Turn ignition off. Disconnect passenger mirror connector. Turn ignition on. Measure voltage on passenger mirror connector terminal No. 9, passenger mirror horizontal position signal circuit (Dark Green/Red wire). See Fig 1 . If any voltage exists, repair short to voltage in Dark Green/Red wire. If no voltage exists, replace passenger mirror.
