Driver Mirror Vertical Sensor Out Of Range High
NOTE:
After making any repairs, perform MEMORY SYSTEMS VERIFICATION TEST
under VERIFICATION TESTS.
- Turn ignition off. Disconnect Memory Heated Seat/Mirror Module (MHSMM) connector C1. Turn ignition on. Measure voltage on MHSMM connector C1 terminal No. 7, driver mirror vertical position signal circuit (Yellow/Orange wire). See Figure . If voltage is more than 4.5 volts, leave MHSMM connector C1 disconnected, and go to next step. If voltage is 4.5 volts or less, replace MHSMM.
- Turn ignition off. Disconnect driver mirror connector. Turn ignition on. Measure voltage on driver mirror connector terminal No. 7, driver mirror vertical position signal circuit (Yellow/Orange wire). See Figure . If any voltage exists, repair short to voltage in Yellow/Orange wire. If no voltage exists, replace driver mirror.
