Hazard Lights Fail To Flash With Alarm Tripped
NOTE:
After making any repairs, perform VEHICLE THEFT SECURITY SYSTEM VERIFICATION TEST
under VERIFICATION TESTS.
- Turn hazard lights on. If hazard lights operate properly, replace Body Control Module (BCM). If hazard lights do not operate properly, go to next step.
- Turn hazard lights off. Substitute a known-good combination flasher. Turn hazard lights on. If hazard lights operate properly, replace combination flasher. If hazard lights do not operate properly, repair hazard lights as necessary. See EXTERIOR LIGHTS article.
