DTC P1281: Engine Is Cold Too Long: Description

Engine coolant temperature is monitored when engine is running. DTC will set in Powertrain Control Module (PCM) memory when engine does not warm to 160°F (71°C) after 20 minutes since engine was started. Possible cause is a cooling system problem.
