Horizontal Forward Position Stuck

NOTE: After making any repairs, perform MEMORY SYSTEMS VERIFICATION TEST  under VERIFICATION TESTS.
  1. Turn ignition off. Disconnect power seat switch connector. Turn ignition on. Measure voltage on power seat switch connector terminal No. 10, seat horizontal forward switch sense circuit (Yellow/Light Blue wire). See Figure . If any voltage exists, leave power seat switch connector disconnected, and go to next step. If no voltage exists, replace power seat switch.
  2. Turn ignition off. Disconnect Memory Heated Seat/Mirror Module (MHSMM) connector C1. Measure voltage between ground and MHSMM connector C1 terminal No. 10, seat horizontal forward switch sense circuit (Yellow/Light Blue wire). See Figure . If any voltage exists, repair short to voltage in Yellow/Light Blue wire. If no voltage exists, replace MHSMM.
