Self-Diagnostic System
WARNING:
Vehicle may be equipped with seatback-mounted air bags. Deactivate air bag system before performing any service operation involving seat components. See appropriate AIR BAG RESTRAINT SYSTEMS article in RESTRAINTS.
System has self-diagnostic capabilities. For heated seats, memory systems and remote keyless entry system testing procedures, see BODY CONTROL MODULES - CONCORDE, INTREPID & 300M article. If a problem exists, a Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) may be set. See DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE IDENTIFICATION table. If no DTCs are set, diagnose system by symptom. See SYMPTOM IDENTIFICATION table. After repair, perform MEMORY SYSTEMS VERIFICATION TEST. See BODY CONTROL MODULES - CONCORDE, INTREPID & 300M article.
