ABS Message Not Received

NOTE: After making any repairs, perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST  under VERIFICATION TESTS.
  1. With the DRBIII, attempt to communicate with the ABS, ACM, EATX, SBEC, or SKIM module. If the DRBIII was able to I/D or communicate with the module in question go to the next step. If the DRBIII was not able to I/D or communicate with the module in question, diagnose and repair communication problem. See SYMPTOM INDEX  table in SELF-DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM.
  2. With the DRBIII, erase DTCs. Cycle the ignition and wait approximately 1 minute. With the DRBIII, read DTCs. If the DTC reset, replace the instrument cluster. See INSTRUMENT CLUSTER under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION in ANALOG INSTRUMENT PANELS article. If the DTC did not reset, the condition is not present at this time. Monitor DRBIII parameters while wiggling the related wire harness. Refer to any technical service bulletins that may apply. Visually inspect the related wiring harness and connector terminals.
