Engine Block Heater: Installation
- Thoroughly clean core hole and heater seat.
- Insert heater assembly with element loop positioned upward. (Figure).
- With heater seated, tighten center screw securely to assure a positive seal.
- Connect power cord to block heater. (Figure).
- Fill the cooling system. (Refer to STANDARD PROCEDURE ).
