EEPROM CHECKSUM Failure

NOTE: After making any repairs, perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST under VERIFICATION TESTS.

With the DRBIII, erase DTCs. Cycle the ignition and wait approximately 1 minute. With the DRBIII, read DTCs. If this DTC reset, replace the instrument cluster. See INSTRUMENT CLUSTER under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION in appropriate ANALOG INSTRUMENT PANELS article. If this DTC did not reset, the test is complete.
