Module Previously Configured For VTSS

NOTE: After making any repairs, perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST  under VERIFICATION TESTS.

The RKE module attempting to be configured to non-VTSS, has originally been configured to be used on a VTSS equipped vehicle. If the vehicle is not VTSS equipped (does not have door cylinder lock switches (non-siren equipped)) the RKE module attempting to be configured should be replaced. If there are no possible causes remaining, replace the remote keyless entry module. See REMOTE KEYLESS ENTRY MODULE  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION.
