Throttle Body: Installation

  1. Hold throttle lever in wide open throttle position. Install throttle cable and speed control cable.
  2. Install throttle body and bolts.
  3. Tighten bolts to 12 N.m (106 in. lbs.) torque.
  4. Install vacuum hose.
  5. Install throttle cable bracket and tighten bolts.
  6. Install air intake duct and tighten clamp.
  7. Connect negative cable to battery.
