Loopback Failure

NOTE: After making any repairs, perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST  under VERIFICATION TESTS.

Turn ignition on. Using scan tool, record and erase Body Control Module (BCM) DTCs. Turn ignition off. Wait 15 seconds. Turn ignition on. Recheck for DTCs. If LOOPBACK FAILURE resets, replace instrument cluster. See ANALOG INSTRUMENT PANELS article. If LOOPBACK FAILURE does not reset, test is complete.
