4. O2 Heater Fused Engine Control Relay Output Circuit Open

Turn the ignition on.

Measure the voltage of the O2 Heater Fused Engine Control Relay Output circuit at the O2 Sensor harness connector.

Is the voltage above 10 volts? 

1. Yes  >> Go To 5
2. No  >> Repair the O2 Heater Fused Engine Control Relay Output circuit for an open.
