Quarter Window: Installation
- Prepare window fence by removing existing butyl.
- Remove butyl release paper on quarter glass.
- Place quarter window glass into position (Fig 1 ).
- Start the nuts and washers. Tighten nuts in sequence. Starting with the lower C-pillar nut and working around glass and tightening to 3 N.m (30 in. lbs.) torque.
- Water test quarter window glass to verify repair.
- Install the C-pillar trim panel. (Refer to C-PILLAR UPPER TRIM PANEL ).
