Ignition System (Service Information): Coil-Ignition: Removal: 2.7L

1. Disconnect negative battery cable.
2. Remove the intake manifold. (Refer to appropriate ENGINE article).
3. Prior to removing the ignition coils, spray compressed air around the coil area and spark plug.

4. Remove electrical connector from ignition coil.
5. Remove 2 fasteners from ignition coil assembly.
6. Remove ignition coil assembly.
