Spark Plug: Installation: 2.7L
- To avoid cross threading, start the spark plug into the cylinder head by hand.
- Tighten spark plugs. Tighten to 17 N.m (12.5 ft. lbs.).
- Install ignition coil assembly onto spark plug.
- Hand tighten coil screws.
- Tighten ignition coil screws to 6.7 N.m (60 in. lbs.).
- Connect and lock the electrical connector.
- Install the intake manifold. (Refer to appropriate ENGINE article).
- Connect the negative battery cable.
