Camshaft Position Sensor: Removal: 3.8L

Disconnect the negative battery cable.
Unlock the camshaft sensor electrical connector.
Disconnect the electrical connectors to the camshaft sensor. See Fig 1.

Loosen the mounting bolts. See Fig 2.

Remove camshaft sensor. See Fig 3.
