1. Inspect rubber silicone seals on intake manifold end of EGR tube. See Fig 1.

2. Install upper tube into the intake manifold. See Fig 2, being careful that the silicone rubber seals are correctly installed and undamaged.

3. Tighten the tube to intake manifold bolts to 5.6 N.m (50 in. lbs.) torque
4. Install bracket and screws. See Fig 3.

5. Tighten the EGR upper tube to EGR valve bolts to 11.3 N.m (100 in. lbs.) torque. See Fig 4.

6. Tighten tube bracket bolts to 5.6 N.m (50 in. lbs.) torque. See Fig 5.
