Fuel Tank Filler Tube Housing: Installation

Lubricate the fuel filler neck sealing surface with a silicone spray or glass cleaner.

Attach the hose to the fuel tank filler tube housing.

Firmly press the fuel tank filler tube housing into place, verifying the four retaining clips snap into place.
NOTE: Verify the hose is not pinched.
Install the fuel door lock actuator/latch assembly. (Refer to ELECTRICAL/POWER LOCKS/DOOR UNLOCK RELAY - INSTALLATION)

Connect the fuel filler cap band to the fuel fill door arm by reinstalling the spreadclip.

Slide the fuel fill door cover over the fuel fill door arm and snap it into place.
