Slide the Natural Vacuum Leak Detection pump onto the bracket and make sure that the tab locks into the bracket. See Fig 1 and Fig 2.

Install hoses and clamps.
Connect the electrical connector and lock. See Fig 3.
Lower vehicle.
Connect the negative battery cable.
