Battery Cables: Installation

  1. Position the battery cable in the vehicle.
  2. One at a time, install the battery cable retaining pushpins, fasteners and routing clips until the cable is installed exactly in the factory installed location in the vehicle. Refer to the appropriate SYSTEM WIRING DIAGRAMS article for reference.
  3. Connect the battery negative cable terminal.
