Removal - 2.7L

  1. Remove the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the throttle body (Refer to FUEL SYSTEM/FUEL INJECTION/THROTTLE BODY - REMOVAL) 
  3. Remove the TPS mounting screws. See Fig 1.

    1 - THROTTLE POSITION SENSOR
    2 - IDLE AIR CONTROL VALVE
  4. Remove the TPS.
