Upstream Oxygen Sensor

NOTE: The left side O2 sensor is shown in the illustration. The right side is similar.
  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the engine cover. Grasp both corners of the engine cover, and pull up firmly.
  3. Disconnect the O2 sensor harness connector.
  4. Remove the O2 sensor (1).
