Body Control Module - Installation

INSTALLATION





1. Place the Body Control Module (BCM) (4) onto the mounting bracket.
2. Install the four screws (2) holding the BCM (4) to the bulkhead.
3. Connect the five wire connectors to the BCM (4).
4. Attach the 72-way bulkhead connector onto the BCM mounting assembly.
5. Install the knee blocker airbag Knee Blocker Airbag - Installation.
6. Install the lower instrument panel silencer.

NOTE: If the BCM is replaced, it must be programmed using a scan tool and DealerCONNECT(R).

WARNING: Do not connect the battery negative cable. Refer to appropriate testing. first. Failure to do so could result in occupant personal injury or death.
