CAPACITOR, Ignition: Installation: 5.7L

  1. Position the ignition capacitor (2) to the rear of the left cylinder head.
  2. Install the retaining bolt and tighten to 10 N.m (7 ft. lbs.).
  3. Install the ignition capacitor electrical connector (1).

  4. Connect the negative battery cable and tighten nut (1) to 5 N.m (45 in. lbs.).
