A/C And Heater Control Module - Installation

INSTALLATION

NOTE: Illustration shown with instrument panel removed from view for clarity.





1. Position the A/C heater module (1) to the air inlet housing (4) and engage the module to the two front retaining screws (2).
2. Loosely install the screw (5) that secures the rear of the A/C heater module to the air inlet housing.
3. Tighten all the screws that secure the A/C heater module to the air inlet housing to 2 Nm (17 in. lbs.).
4. Connect the wire harness connector (3) to the A/C heater module.
5. Install the glove box trim panel and glove box Instrument Panel Glove Box Door - Installation.
6. Install the right side instrument panel silencer Silencer Panel - Installation.
7. Reconnect the negative battery cable.
8. Initiate the Actuator Calibration function using a scan tool .
