(1) System fill capacity includes heater and coolant recovery bottle filled to MAX level. Do not top up or mix with fluids with different specifications.
(2) For countries that use the ACEA European Oil Categories for Service Fill Oils, use the recommended engine oil that meets the requirements of ACEA C3, and approved to MB 229.31 or MB 229.51 only. SAE 5W-30 engine oil approved to MB 229.31 or MB 229.51 may be used when SAE 5W-20 engine oil is not available.
(3) In the event of an emergency in which the original products are not available, lubricants with at least ILSAC GF-5 performance are acceptable. In this case optimum engine performance is not guaranteed and the lubricants should be replaced with recommended products as soon as possible. The use of products with features lower than ILSAC GF-5 could cause engine damage not covered by the warranty.
