Test Description

Number(s) below refer to step number(s) on Diagnostic Chart.

1. 3. A condition that affects pre-converter and post-converter oxygen sensors indicates probable contamination. To avoid damaging replacement sensors, correct condition which caused contamination before replacing affected sensors.
2. 5. This step checks for conditions which may cause oxygen sensor to appear faulty. Correct any of described conditions if present.
3. 8. To avoid damaging replacement sensors, correct condition which caused contamination before replacing affected sensors.
