EVAP Purge Solenoid

When energized, EVAP Solenoid allows fuel vapor to flow from EVAP canister to engine. The EVAP Solenoid is normally closed. The EVAP Solenoid is pulse width modulated by ECM. The EVAP Solenoid reads 0% when closed and 100% when fully opened.
