Switch, Inertia: Installation

  1. Install the inertia switch onto the studs. Tighten the nuts (1) to 4 N.m (35 in. lbs.).
  2. Reconnect the inertia switch wire harness connector (2).

  3. If required, reset the inertia switch by pressing down on the top of the switch.
  4. Install the lower dash cover.
  5. Connect the negative battery cable.
