Sensor, Boost Pressure: Installation

  1. Inspect O-ring seal.
  2. Lubricate O-ring seal.
  3. Install the boost pressure sensor (1) and securely tighten the bolt (2).

  4. Connect the boost pressure sensor wire harness connector (1).

  5. Install the Charge Air Cooler (CAC) hose from the EGR air flow control valve elbow and securely tighten clamp.
  6. Install the radiator crossmember. Refer to CROSSMEMBER, RADIATOR, INSTALLATION .
  7. Connect the negative battery cable.
