Heater, Engine Block: Installation

  1. Thoroughly clean the cylinder block heater cavity and seat.
  2. Install the block heater (1) and tighten the fastener (2) to the proper torque specification. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .
  3. Attach the power cord plug to the block heater.
  4. Fill the cooling system to the proper level. Refer to STANDARD PROCEDURE .

  5. Install the A/C compressor. Refer to COMPRESSOR, A/C, INSTALLATION .
