Sensor, Fuel Tank Pressure: Removal

  1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the fuel filler cap to relieve tank pressure.

    1 - B-Pillar Cover
  3. Remove driver side lower B-pillar cover.

    1 - Quick Connect Fitting
    2 - Fuel Vapor Tube
    3 - Clip
  4. Disconnect the fuel vapor tube quick-connect fitting.
  5. Disconnect the fuel vapor tube clip from the body.
  6. Remove the fuel tank from the vehicle. Refer to REMOVAL .

    1 - Isolator
    2 - Retainers
    3 - Wire Harness Connector
    4 - Vapor Tube
  7. Disconnect the fuel tank pressure sensor wire harness connector.
  8. Remove the fuel vapor tube from the retainers.
  9. Remove the fuel vapor tube isolator from the frame rail and remove the tube from the vehicle.
