Standard Procedure: Draining

The radiator is NOT equipped draincock.
Make sure the coolant is not HOT and under pressure.
DO NOT WASTE reusable coolant. If solution is clean, drain coolant into a clean container for reuse.

Position a drain pan under the lower hose.
Carefully remove the lower hose from the radiator.
After the coolant recovery/reserve container is empty, then remove coolant pressure cap.
If equipped, remove the cylinder block drain plug(s).
