Fuel Injection System - Multi-Point: Description: Notes

The 3.0L Eagle Premier uses a multi-point pressure-speed type fuel injection system. The amount of fuel injected into the engine is dependent upon intake manifold pressure and engine speed.

The fuel delivery system includes an in-tank fuel pump, fuel filter, fuel injectors and fuel pressure regulator. The electronic control system consists of an electronic control unit (ECU), input sensors and engine controls which receive output commands.
