Idle Speed Control (ISC) Motor

The ISC motor acts as a movable idle stop to change throttle stop angle. Both engine idle speed and deceleration throttle stop are set by ISC. ECU sends varying voltage outputs to control ISC motor, depending upon engine operating condition.
