Power Windows: Description

With the ignition switch in RUN or ACC position, battery voltage is applied to the master power window switch on the driver's door. The master power window switch provides power and ground for the right front and both rear window switches and motors. The master power window switch contains a solid state control unit that allows the driver's window to be automatically lowered and prevents the passengers from operating their windows.
