Service Points Of Removal

Step 1 - Removal Of Door Trim & Application Of Sealant To Waterproof Film  - If clip remains in mounting hole provided in door, remove it by using tool manufactured as illustrated. See Figure . Apply specified sealant at the position shown in illustration and then attach the waterproof film.

Door Window Glass Adjustment  - Normally, the door window glass does not need to be adjusted. If there is anything wrong, adjust by the following procedure. Remove the window regulator assembly mounting bolts and modify the mounting holes into long holes. Temporarily mount the bolts, move the upper installation back and forth and adjust the titled angle of the glass.

Step 2 - Removal Of Door Window Glass  - To remove door window glass, lower the door glass to the access hole position. Loosen the rear door center sash attaching screws. Remove the glass installation screws, from the rear window regulator assembly. When removing the glass mounting screws, support the glass to avoid dropping it. Remove the rear door window glass by pulling it upward.

Step 3 - Removal Of Window Regulator Assembly  - Remove the power window motor from the rear window regulator.
