VER-1: Verification Procedure 1
- Inspect vehicle to ensure all components are connected. Reassemble and reconnect components as necessary. Attempt to start engine. If engine does not start, return to test NS-1A: READING FAULTS & CHECKING SPARK.
- If engine starts and engine controller has been changed, go to next step. If engine starts and engine controller has not been changed, connect DRB-II to engine diagnostic connector and erase faults. Repair is now complete.
- If vehicle is equipped with factory theft alarm system, start engine at least 20 times to activate theft alarm system. Repair is now complete.
