Steering Lock: Installation

  1. To install, reverse removal procedure. When installing steering lock and steering lock bracket, temporarily install steering lock, using NEW bolts, in alignment with boss area on steering column.
  2. Ensure steering lock operates properly, locking steering shaft. If steering lock operates correctly, tighten retaining bolts until bolt heads twist off.
