Test B: Passenger Window Switch Test

  1. Using an ohmmeter, check continuity between terminals "A" and "B" of passenger window switch connector C1 and corresponding terminals of master window switch connector C1. See WIRING DIAGRAMS  . If continuity is present, circuits are okay. Go to next step. If continuity is not present, repair appropriate open circuit between master window switch and passenger window switch.
  2. Check voltage at terminal "C" of passenger window switch connector C1. If battery voltage is present, circuit is okay. Go to next step. If battery voltage is not present, repair appropriate open circuit between master window switch and passenger window switch.
  3. Using an ohmmeter, check continuity between terminals "A" and "B" of passenger window switch connectors C2 and terminals "A" and "B" of passenger window switch connectors C1. See WIRING DIAGRAMS  . If continuity is present, switches are okay. Go to TEST C: LEFT FRONT WINDOW MOTOR TEST  . If continuity is not present, replace passenger window switch.
