Test 6B - Mic Warning Light Faulty

NOTE: For connector terminal identification, see CONNECTOR IDENTIFICATION  . For appropriate wiring diagram, see WIRING DIAGRAMS  at end of article.
  1. Turn ignition off. Disconnect Mechanical Instrument Cluster (MIC) connectors. Remove inoperative warning light bulb(s). Replace burned out bulb(s) as necessary and perform VERIFICATION PROCEDURE VER-1.
  2. If bulbs are okay, check instrument cluster printed circuit board and its connectors. If printed circuit board is not okay, replace defective circuit board. Perform VERIFICATION PROCEDURE VER-1. If printed circuit board is okay, replace instrument cluster. Perform VERIFICATION PROCEDURE VER-1.
